Partner services and dispatch

Together with trusted partners, we arrange electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, chromating and other surface treatments. Where suitable, these can also form the base for KTL, powder or wet coating. We then make sure the finished parts are packed safely and ready to ship.

Partner surface treatments, packing and dispatch

We coordinate partner processes to meet the technical brief and any coating stages that follow. We manage the sequence, part handling and protection of the finished surface.

We then pack the job safely and prepare it for dispatch. With our own ELMTRANS transport, we can deliver finished products to their destination.

    Choose the right treatment

    We assess whether galvanizing, chromating or another partner process suits the material, use and working environment.

    Keep each step connected

    If KTL, powder or wet coating follows, we check that the base and the full coating system are compatible.

    Inspect and pack

    Once the work is complete, we check the agreed points and choose packaging that protects the surface and edges.

  4. 04

    Ready for shipping

    We prepare the order for safe handling and transport to the agreed schedule.

Custom metalwork with ELMTRADE SE

LAKOL works with ELMTRADE SE, based at the same site, to provide custom metalwork. Together we can deliver a complete product, from design and production drawings through sheet-metal work and coating to assembly, packing and shipping.
