Paint stripping

We provide chemical stripping for metal parts coated with KTL, powder or wet paint, as well as hangers and coating fixtures. The process runs in an automated dip system. Suitability depends on the base material, part design and the type and thickness of the coating.

Separate processes for different materials

We use one process for aluminium and zinc-coated parts and another for steel parts.

Size and weight limits

The limits are the same as for the KTL line. Suitability still depends on the shape, balance, hanging method and the type and thickness of the coating being removed.

Maximum part size: 1250 × 660 × 500 mm
Maximum part weight: 30 kg
Transport frame: 1290 × 700 × 540 mm
