External reporting channel
Information about whistleblower protection and the external system is available from the Czech Ministry of Justice.
Exclusion
The obliged entity excludes reports from persons who do not perform work or a similar activity for it under Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Czech Whistleblower Protection Act.
