Flexible coating for industrial parts
Wet coating can be applied on our robotic line or in two static booths. The selected system is applied and then cured under controlled conditions. It is suitable for one-off jobs and series production.
Size and weight limits
These are maximum values. We assess each part by shape, hanging method and prescribed coating system.

We choose the coating system to suit the material, use and required performance. We work with solvent- and water-based products from established manufacturers.

Preparation to suit the material
Zinc phosphating can be used on the KTL line before wet coating, without applying KTL paint. For stronger corrosion protection, parts can receive the full KTL process followed by a wet topcoat.
The KTL line has a separate programme for aluminium and zinc-coated parts, with Henkel pretreatment technology.

The finish you need
We use RAL and other colour systems specified by the customer. Depending on the system, you can choose the colour, gloss, texture and other surface properties.
Checks to match the specification
We mainly check coating thickness, appearance and adhesion. Further tests are agreed for the project.
