Working together

From enquiry to dispatch: how an order works

A clear brief speeds up the review, a sample reduces risk and agreed acceptance criteria help keep series production stable.

From enquiry to dispatch: how an order works

What to send with your enquiry

A drawing or photo, material, dimensions and weight, quantity, required colour or system, operating environment and expected quality criteria all help.

From review to sample

We check the process, hanging, masking and how the part will travel through production. For a new or demanding part, we recommend a trial batch.

Stable production and handover

Once the result is approved, we agree the regular schedule, inspection points, packing and logistics. Any change to the part or requirements is reviewed again.
