Quality

What surface-finish inspection reveals

Coating thickness is important, but on its own it says nothing about adhesion, appearance or the stability of the whole process.

What surface-finish inspection reveals

Appearance, function and measurable features

Inspection can cover surface continuity, colour or a reference appearance, edge coverage, clean masked areas and coating thickness. The scope should match the job the part has to do.

Final inspection cannot replace process control

A measurement confirms the result at one point. Stable series production also relies on records of preparation, application conditions and curing.

Quality at every step

A clear brief, suitable part design, a clean input surface and correct racking create the right conditions for a stable result. If something is off, we find the cause and prevent it happening again.

Feasibility reviewBefore production, we check the part, the brief and the proposed process.
Process checksWe monitor key process settings throughout production.
Final inspectionAt the end, we check the properties agreed with the customer.
